Foxtail is a handcrafted small batch Gin which is made in the heart of the Wye Valley. Foxtail is made with herbs, flowers and botanicals foraged from the distillery garden, hedgerows, woodlands and meadows in the area. These are then craftily distilled at low temperatures to capture the fresh lively essence of the countryside in what we like to call ‘The Spirit of Herefordshire’.
